The menu consists of Fried chicken with a Texas flair. Using Texas native peppers, Ben has created “Texas Fried Chicken.” Chicken sandwiches with queso, and addition of peppers instead of pickles, Ben has created a new menu dedicated to southern favorites. With Elote, Green chile mac and cheese, Multiple iced tea flavors, Personal funnel cakes, and banana pudding, Ben has created the next “Texas Fast Food Restaurant Chain.”
