Our Concept
Located in Fort Worth, Schmidt's is Ben Schmidt's ode to his German roots. Americanizing the cuisine for the American palette, includes house made bratwurst using local beer, a Schnitzel Sandwich, Fried pickles beer battered in Martin House Beer. A signature Giant's club beef entree. Similar to a local favorite chain, Babes Chicken, which serves family style, Ben creates a restaurant like none other.
Our Menu
The menu consists of German classics reimagined for the Amercian palette. Classics include Schnitzel, Housemade bratwurst using local beer, Rouladen. New twists include beer battered corndogs using the housemate bratwurst, Schnitzel Sandwich, and Giant's club beef entree, These twists are more fimilar to the American palette, and similar to our BBQ restaurants and beer bars with a German twist. Other amenities include a beer stein club.
